Why We Exist
No Minister Should Walk Alone
The New Ministers Conference™ (NEWM) was born out of a rising need — a need for emerging leaders, social media influencers, authors, community engagement leadership and ministers to be educated, equipped, and genuinely welcomed into their calling and community.
Each month, vetted and approved ministers receive certification through the platform, affirming their readiness to lead. Beyond certification, the conference addresses what so many ministers, laypersons, influencers, and faith-filled voices face when stepping into their purpose: loneliness, lack of direction, and the risk of misinformed or misaligned engagement.
We exist to change that. The intention is for every attendee to leave refreshed, empowered, educated, and equipped to show up with clarity, confidence, and grace in every community they touch.
The New Ministers Conference™ (NEWM) is a no-judgment zone. There is no dress code here, and the front row is not reserved for clergy only. Whether you are a panelist, social media influencer, author, community leader, a new minister being welcomed, or an audience member — you are welcome. God welcomes you, so who are we not to?
